This is the first entry of our new blog. We hope this blog will create dialogue, be informative and provoke thought. It is designed to give our customers, clients and partners information and ideas to help them make decisions that will best benefit them.

We also hope you will engage in digital conversation and share with all of us your thoughts, wants and needs.

For the benefit of all out there, I am Mike Roche. I will be posting, moderating and stimulating dialogue. My partner, Sue Botelho, will also be posting and monitoring the blog.

*** Mortgage interest rates are holding steady today. There has been no change since this mornings initial rates. There is a slight alert to lock your interest rate for the next 7 days. (These "alerts" come to us from various "gurus" of the mortgage industry. They are strictly a tool we use to try and "foresee" the future. They are, by no means, an absolute and are not 100% accurate. We pass these on to you in good faith.)
